The main objective is that of furthering insight into topical issues regarding Italian politics, European Union, economics, energy and environmental sustainability, human rights and gender, innovation, the digital revolution and data, cybersecurity and financial markets. The group is composed of people collaborating with public authorities to generate greater trust in the country. TdM works on the formulation and delivery of proposals for development of the economy and management of socio-economic policies to the Italian government and industry stakeholders. The team of TdM’s experts includes economists, leading banking and finance figures, public authorities, lawyers, entrepreneurs, a team of graduate and postgraduate researchers based around continental Europe. TdM also works to facilitate dialogue and development of synergies with governmental, industrial and academic entities. TdM has established relationships with several foreign countries, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Turkey, Georgia and the Principality of Monaco. Daily work is in line with the promotion of excellence of young professionals through their engagement in institutional initiatives. Gender equality is at the core of the think tank, 50% of decision-making positions is occupied by women and 60% of the researchers are female.
