Founded in 1975, today TWC is a unique educational center based on a fully integrated mix of professional experience, academic coursework and real-life challenges. The Washington Center offers two types of programs: Internships Semester and Summer term integrated academic and work experiences in government, corporations and nonprofit organizations. Each internship program is tailored to provide meaningful work experiences that will provide participants with the skills needed after college. Most internships are in Washington, D.C., where students take academic courses and attend special programming. Academic Seminars Participants have the chance to delve into the key issues of our time and interact with the experts behind them.
