Established in 2011, The Rail is the vision of award-winning chef and restaurateur Mike Mariola. Opening and running two of Wooster, Ohio's most successful restaurants, South Market Bistro and The City Square Steakhouse, Mariola noticed the locally sourced burgers were quite popular and decided to pursue a burger bar concept for his next venture... which brought us to The Rail. Mariola opened the first location in July of 2011 at Akron's Summit Mall. We have since opened locations in North Olmsted, Canton, Strongsville and Dublin to spread our burger and beer and shake happiness around Ohio.
