Each year we serve more than 200 individuals ranging from ages 20 to 81. Our programs include: ASCENT (Advocacy, Social Skills, Connections, Empowerment, Negotiation and Transitions) extended day services, Community Based Day, Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Specialized Supports and Community Living.
