Following the tradition of southern Italian Cuisine, Angelucci's boasts a custom made wood burning oven from the Ferrera family in Naples, Italy. With Chef's Gianluca Di Costanzo & Massimo Mauri we bring a taste of Southern Italy to Strandherd in Barrhaven. Continuing with traditional French cuisine, Chef du Cuisine, Andre Bergeron brings unique flavours to Savoy Brasserie in Westboro with a menu featuring everything from duck confit with raspberry cracked pepper sauce to Coquilles St. Jacques. The newest edition to the family is The King Eddy (set to open on November 8, 2014 at 45 Clarence St. in the Byward Market). The King Eddy will feature an old-fashioned American burger among many other "feel good" recipes including hand cut fries, chicken & waffles, meatloaf (like your mother made it!) to spiked shakes & craft cocktails.
