Our surgeons have been trained at leading centres all over the world and we have particular specialist skills in minimally invasive surgery, complex inflammatory bowel disease, locally advanced & recurrent rectal cancer, pelvic floor surgery and abdominal wall reconstruction. We remain at the forefront of international research into colorectal disease and are supported by world class pathology, gastroenterology and radiology departments. We run a Fellowship programme for exceptional post-CCT Clinical Fellows, who can expect a high volume, broad case-mix including both super-specialist and general colorectal surgery, with excellent minimally invasive training (laparoscopic, robotic, TAMIS and TaTME).
