HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) is a membership organization comprised of Greater Washington DC metropolitan area senior HR profes ... sionals, learning organization executives and organizational leaders responsible for managing human talent. Our members know that their organizations’ success is increasingly dependent upon the management of talent, knowledge and diversity. These individuals are often so immersed in the business affairs of their organizations that they have little time available to insure their own continued professional growth. HRLF provides that opportunity.
