The Allied Health Career Pipeline Program provides FREE Allied Health trainings, cas ... e management and career services to help students attain employment in health field occupations that pay well and are expected to experience labor shortages or be in high demand. Our program offers the following trainings: • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)* • Home Health Aide (HHA)* • Patient Care Technician (PCT)** *New York State Certification **National Healthcareer Association Certification Program Eligibility Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age • Meet income eligibility requirements • Authorized to work in the United States • Pass background check • Most courses require a High School Diploma/ HSE • Take a TABE Test in Reading and Math to meet educational levels • Complete and submit medical and drug clearance forms • Participate in the intake conference session Support Services: Once accepted into the program, students will receive supportive services that include case management, childcare, transportation assistance, examination preparation courses, tutoring, internship placement, and job placement and retention assistance.
