About Us Company owner John Reglein started The Graphic Edge in a small shop in Carroll, Iowa in July of 1989. John and two part-time employees worked hard to produce the best screen printed shirts for each and every customer. TGE was also one of the first screen printing companies to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee – a promise we make to this day. That company-wide dedication to customer service and quality products has earned us an excellent reputation with teams and schools around the country. Today, we employ 230 people at our 78,000 square-foot facility in Carroll, IA.
