Consulting services include estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, site utilization and logistics, phasing analyses, and bid packaging recommendations. Services are provided on a custom basis as needed for a negotiated fee. -Construction Management- Based on a negotiated fee, Sollitt manages the construction process from initial planning to final completion.
