The Factory, otherwise refereed to as The New Leaf Company, is the social enterprise of arm of Dorset based charity Bournemou ... th Churches Housing Association. The Factory provides facilities to the local community, including conference and meeting room hire, office and workshop rental, co-working space & hot-desking, and is also home to an on-site cafe providing catering facilities to on-site staff and guests, and also to various housing schemes across Bournemouth belonging to BCHA. The Factory is currently home to a number of small businesses including charitable organisation The Dorset Scrapstore who we collaborate quite closely with to host regular events for locals. All profits made from the services that we provide here at The Factory are for non-profit. All of our money is re-invested back into the community to support BCHA. read more
