The Egyptian Change Council is the formal body represents the new generation of the Egyptian opposition. The Council was esta ... blished on the 14th of August 2017 as a reflection of the imminent need for the presence of a professional and efficient generation of the Egyptian opposition following the many years of weak and inefficient activities; in particular during the recent four years. As per our research, studies, and investigations, the Egyptian Opposition must have an entirely new direction, structure and acts to be able to mobilise the current political situation using the most advanced change management strategies worldwide. The Egyptian Change Council holds a liberal vision and led by the Central Committee which involves fifty professional members on all fronts, politicians, activities, economic experts, legal figures, change and strategic planning experts, diplomats, union leaders, media and press experts, and international relations specialties, .The structure of the ECC includes local and international units that host thousands of Egyptians in its early phase of the announcement. The Central Committee is led by the office of Secretary-General which hosts his Excellency the Secretary-General, Dr. Hossam ElShazly, and his Senior Assistants among them Dr. Mohamed Hafez, Mr. Emad AlBehiry and Mr. Hesham Ismail. The Egyptian Change Council is the newly organised opposition structure that acts under the commitment of the ECC Oath and Mission in a harmonic loyal, committed organised units and committees covering all the ECC activities. The ECC works closely with its international allies to free Egypt and to bring democracy and prosperity to the country which is currently controlled by a brutal Coup regime.
