The competitors' sales skills, marketing skills, problem solving skills and investing skills will be challenged in a variety of rounds. The rounds have been designed by Edinburgh University's Student Enterprise Society in collaboration with sponsoring companies to ensure competitors develop skills and gain knowledge that accredited companies are looking for in graduate employees. As competitors progress through the competition, judges from the sponsoring companies will have the opportunity to network and communicate with competitors.
