TBDSSAB was established on April 1, 1999 through the enactment of the District Social Services Administration Board (DSSAB) Act. It is one of 47 Service Managers in Ontario that are mandated by the Province of Ontario to administer these services. The District includes 15 municipalities which are represented on our Board of Directors by 11 representatives appointed by municipal Councils.
