We’re launching an exciting new program called the Cannabis Production Worker Training & Recruitment Program! This program is ... providing industry-specific, entry-level workplace skills to job seekers and allows employers and industry professionals to create a training program to increase workplace productivity in new workers. It will provide cross-training for employment in various production divisions and environments – making it easier to maintain and retain employees. We are inviting industry professionals and employers to participate and contribute to the development and experience of the program. You can help in many ways, including: joining our Advisory Committee, hiring a student, guest speaking (virtually or in person), leading site visits/tours of operations (virtually or in-person), participating in podcasts/interviews with us, or mentoring a student.
