Our network recognizes the importance and power of international collaboration to foster research success and discovery. We have therefore established The Bonn – Melbourne Research Network to enable cross-fertilization of ideas and transfer of knowledge, to combine expertise across the globe and importantly, to provide a unique infrastructure and access to cutting edge technology beyond the conventional research environment. We have established a multi-layered cooperation landscape of different research and teaching programs with access for research students, as well as academic staff members of different career levels and different research disciplines. Our Research Network includes The Bonn & Melbourne Research and Graduate School – Immunosciences (IRTG2168), a joint PhD training program in immunology, and The Bonn & Melbourne Academy for Excellence in ImmunoSciences (BM-AXIS), a joint research and teaching program for PostDocs and professors. read more
