The Big Hoopla NCAA First Four Local Organizing Committee, appointed by the University of Dayton, is led by a volunteer Committee Chairman and is comprised of 50+ executives and community leaders from across the Dayton region representing academia, small and large business, military, civic and government jurisdictions. The LOC has captured the time, attention and resources from prominent and active national advisors. Since its inception, the Dayton region has embraced the First Four with the same passion as its fans.
