Today, the Brigade is headquartered in Seagoville, Texas, and is one of ten U.S. Army Reserve Brigades worldwide. Medical Brigades provide Medical Battle Command of theater medical units providing Army Health System (AHS) support for Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs), Division/Corps (DIV/CORPS), Joint and Multinational Forces. The 176th Medical Brigade provides Mission Command of the 94th 341st Multifunctional Medical Battalion (MMB), 380th Hospital Center (HC), the 805th HC, and the 965 Dental Battalion and their subordinate medical units, which include over 3,000 Soldiers across five states in the central and western Continental United States.
