Adolf Teuscher looked for the best cocoa varieties, marzipan, fruits, nuts and many other valuable and high quality ingredients for his recipes, and after years of experimentation and careful blending of the ingredients, the recipes he had never seen before came true. Our signature piece, the Champagne Truffes, is his original creation. Made with a champagne cream filling, surrounded by a rich chocolate ganache and enrobed in either milk or dark chocolate, this masterpiece is often copied but never equalled. Even today, we work and process only the best quality ingredients. We produce more than 100 types of truffles and pralines according to old and artisanal traditions.
