The construction of the roadway Furnas / Ribeira Quente, in 1976, marked the beginning of Tecnovia's activity in the the Auto ... nomous Region of Azores. Since that time, Tecnovia's presence in the Azores expanded rapidly, and the company played an active role in the development of the region, through the execution of main infrastructures, such as maritime and fishing ports, recreation marinas, road works, airports and building construction.
