The scope of pre‐clinical in vivo services provided includes: • Creation of custom designed genetically‐engineered mouse models (knockout and transgenic); • Provision of established genetically‐engineered mouse models, spontaneous mutants, or outbred or inbred mouse lines for in vivo studies; • Colony management (live colonies, re‐derivation, expansion, and cryopreservation and storage services); • Compound dosing & evaluation studies and xenotransplant cancer models; • Comprehensive phenotyping to test for novel gene function, mechanism, and drug target validation across multiple therapeutic areas or customized phenotyping for therapeutic area‐focused evaluation; • Phenotyping for therapeutic area‐relevant effect and off‐target effects. read more
