The restaurant uses local ingredients in season that are cooked with Japanese techniques. RÅBAREN (The Raw bar) is situated on the rooftop above the restaurant TAK. It has an open kitchen that serves small and middle size dishes with a street food feeling. The BAR is situated on the top of the building with a 360 view of Stockholm. The cocktail menu is like the restaurant based on a combination of Japanese and Nordic flavors. Our CHAMBRE SEPARÉE has room for up to 20 people for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
