From 1 July 2020, SWISCo has taken over these services from TOR2. SWISCo is a private limited company wholly owned by, and delivering services on behalf of, Torbay Council. SWISCo’s Vision is to improve and sustain where we live and work by transforming service delivery. Our Purpose is to deliver safe, reliable and efficient services to enable our communities to thrive.
