Kahi Mohala, Hawai‘i’s first and only free-standing licensed center for psychiatry specializing in behavioral healthcare, offers acute residential and partial hospitalization programs designed to address the needs of those affected by mental illness. Located in Ewa Beach, its 14-acre park-like campus hosts a five-building inpatient facility with 88 licensed beds. Both the programs and setting are designed to help people address emotional, physical or behavioral health issues. The facility is certified by TRICARE and Medicare/Medicaid. Kahi Mohala is a leading provider of treatment for major mental illnesses such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as behavioral problems that impact school performance and family life.
