The entire system of the facility will be designed to be CO2-neutral. At the same time all electricity will be generated from renewable sources - 80 percent by the facility's own photovoltaic systems. The surf park in the immediate vicinity of Munich airport also serves as a place to relax with its sunbathing and lounge sections in the outdoor area. The opening is planned for 2023.
