Epitaxial Manufacturing Compound semiconductors such as GaAs are increasingly used in a variety of commercial applications including wireless communications, 3D imaging/sensing, fiber optic communications, and solar energy conversion. We manufacture custom epitaxial wafers using MOCVD (Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition) in our state-of-the-art facility in Phoenix, AZ. Our current focus is on the growth of epitaxial wafers for optoelectronic devices including light emitting diodes (LEDs) and vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs).
