Off sugar and artificial sweeteners since 2013. I went cold turkey over Lent one year and found that my tastebuds adapted wit ... hin that period and I could live without the refined stuff. I still occasionally (not very frequently) crave something sweet. Almonds + raisins seem to be a reasonable approximation for chocolate. Also, dried dates are great when the cravings hit. Time restricted feeding, which you are already doing, is a huge help as it limits the hours in which I think about food in general. read more
