As the planet gets smaller and the demand for our products grows larger, we’re putting the Stanbee pride of innovation toward a greener, more sustainable product line. We call it PROJECT SUSTAIN, and our goal is to achieve 100% recyclability with all Stanbee products. So, how does it work? With the introduction of a state-of-the-art digital cutting center in our Thailand facility, we can now deliver a zero waste option. Through this process all cutting waste is recycled back into the production loop. Combined with our PRODUCT RECLAMATION program, the end result is 35 to 45% recycled content on most of our products and a full 100% recyclability on products like Verge® , Vantage®, and Sportoe®. These remarkable programs keep a whopping 15 tons of scrap out of waste collection and traditional return processes every month.
