Because we take care in sealing and insulating every home, we reduce greenhouse gases by 5,500 lbs. per home every year. Healthy Homes We care about the quality of life in your home. On average, people spend 80% of their life in doors & so the environment you live in is important. We use low volatile organic compounds in our paints, caulking, & carpets used for a healthier home. Our HVAC system is not only energy efficient but healthy by drawing air from outside & cycle in new air through the house every 24 hours. The filtration provide for the HVAC is rated at MERV-13 which is hospital grade filtration clean air. Resulting in a clean home.
