Life style options include; Caretaker and Home Health Care Services, subsidized rent at Senior Apartments, Housing with Services, Dementia Care, Skilled Nursing care and short-term rehabilitation. In addition, St. John’s offers GrandKids and V.I.K. child daycare and Kindergarten Readiness programs, which allow children and seniors to interact each and everyday. Our Senior Living Campus is located in the rural setting of Springfield, Minnesota and for over 115 years has been dedicated to providing a high quality of life, offering supportive care and creating a stimulating and attractive environment for the people we serve.
