Specified acquired the environmental testing laboratory assets of International Hydronics (formerly of Rocky Hill, NJ), and merged them into the operations of New Jersey Analytical Laboratories. We operate our acquired labs as a network, with each lab retaining its operating management, employees and brand, while sharing in the network’s join administrative and marketing resources. Unlike other acquiring labs that either seek to buy a customer list and shut down the Seller’s operations, or seek to change the Seller’s name, brand and operating management, Specified takes a different, more Seller- and customer-friendly approach.
