All of which are led by current or former students of Southwind’s Entrepreneurship program. five of the eight companies are owned by former students. Three of the eight companies were recognized nationally as the best in their Category. Two of the Eight have been voted best in their category 3 years in a row. With over 200 teammates and eight locations in six states Southwind has a highly respected company culture. Known for putting the development of their teammates first Southwind collaborates with the entire team to find innovative ways to increase engagement and overall success in small and large teams.
