When we support businesses with the setup of an apprenticeship programme we pride ourselves on being truly impartial, we will always look at what their needs & objectives for taking on an apprentice & offer advice based on those needs. We help them to develop a job description if they don’t have one, match this to an apprenticeship qualification and search for training providers & of course we offer to support the company with our paid services but when that is not appropriate or needed we refer and signpost the company direct to the relevant training provider, following up the referral to ensure they are satisfied with the outcome. We improve the Apprenticeship experience for both apprentice & the business through dedicated mentoring support and guidance, acting as an impartial mediator between all parties involved; apprentice, host & provider. Ensuring issues are resolved quickly to the satisfaction of all.
