South Congress Hotel's food and beverage outlets include Café No Sé, Central Standard Bar & Grill, Mañana Coffee & Bakeshop, Otoko, Watertrade and the award winning SCH Lobby Bar. The spaces are helmed by Executive Pastry Chef and James Beard semifinalist, Amanda Rockman. Designed to blend into its surroundings, the inspiration behind South Congress Hotel was to build more than just a great hotel, but to expand upon the sense of place defined by South Congress and South Austin. South Congress Hotel is locally designed and draws upon a combination of California-inspired elements, mid-century features, and Brazilian Modernism.
