As you can tell, we are a non-traditional leadership empowerment organization. We teach participants that leadership is a choice. We empower participants to choose to lead, from where they are without the title or hierarchy that may be tied to the traditional definitions of leadership. We launched the #audaciousgiveback campaign with the launch of our online Source LIT™ Leadership Essentials crash course. Which highlights professionals giving back to students, students giving back to students and companies giving back during this time of the 2020 COVID 19 stay at home mandate. We were founded in 2017 in Alpharetta, GA at Lake Windward Elementary as an after school enrichment program and grew into a brand that students came to know and trust.
