Our ultrasonic nozzle systems operate by converting high frequency sound waves into mechanical vibrations to create nano to micron think coatings with very high uniformity and excellent transfer efficiency, minimizing overspray of expensive chemistries. The droplets produced by ultrasonic atomization are mathematically defined according to the nozzle's operating frequency, and feature very tight drop distribution. The soft, low velocity nature of ultrasonic spray is highly controllable and adheres to surfaces with little bounceback. Unlike pressure nozzles, ultrasonic nozzles will not clog.
