Sonar Cinema is a multi award winning cinema, voluntarily run by students. In our 96 seated auditorium we show blockbuster fi ... lms, run games tournaments, host free film nights and collaborate with charities to provide Solent University students with an affordable getaway. We have a 2K Barco digital projector, an Xpand 3D system and a state of the art Dolby Atmos immersive sound system! Our screen is 3 metres high and 7 metres wide with a projection scale capacity of up to 300 inches diagonal! We also have a Nintendo Wii, XBox 360, PS3 and Gaming PC with Steam that we put to good use. Our auditorium has 4 wheelchair spaces with full access to the screen (1 ramp and 2 lifts). read more
