Our protection film is a surface protection tape to protect lacquered metal surfaces for automotive applications during storage and transportation. The products in the range consist of a white PO film coated with a pressure sensitive rubber-based adhesive. CHARACTERISTICS: Our protection film protects the substrate during storage and transportation against scratches (stone-chipping) and environmental impacts such as acid rain, bird dropping, insects, rail dust, pollen, agrochemicals and industrial emissions. Due to the special PO film and synthetic rubber-based adhesive composition, the product shows good weatherability performance and keeps sufficient mechanical strength. Due to the wax release coating, the product is easy to unwind which makes it suitable for manual and automatic application. The special rubber- based adhesive is pressure sensitive and gives sufficient adhesion level for protection during transport.
