Mission SoEI is dedicated to increasing the knowledge, ability and application of emotional intelligence of individuals and organizations by providing, conferences, workshop, and other educational and training programs. SoEI also offers coaching and consulting programs to increase ones emotional intelligence in everyday life. SoEI is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of individuals and organizations through the recognition, training and development of Emotional Intelligence.
