Ben Broojeni opened his first restaurant under name “Sicily Pizza & Pasta” Southwest Houston in 1990. This first store was li ... mited to take-out and delivery only, but featured an original menu that was one-of-a-kind. He offered a large selection of fresh salads, hot sandwiches, flavorful pastas, and (of course!) THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN. As the restaurant grew in popularity, he added an array of desserts and appetizers to the menu, including his soon-to-be famous buffalo wings, in a variety of delicious flavors. Over the years, as our popularity with our local customers grew, we spread further north and west, picking up local awards along the way. Today, we proudly serve customers from Stafford to Spring, and much of the area in between. The key to our success, as Ben learned from the best Italian chefs, is making the freshness of the ingredients top priority in our restaurants. Here dough is made fresh daily, in each restaurant location, sauces are made from scratch, using our distinctive recipes, vegetables are selected from local markets, and bread comes from local bakeries. We have also built relationships with local meat packers, and use our own uniquely branded favorite pizza toppings. Each of our locations is tailor made to fit the needs of the local community, with some locations specializing in delivery and take-out, while others focus on dine-in and catering.
