Our story began in January 2016 when Luke (co-founder) was diagnosed with a heart condition called Wolf Parkinson’s White or better known as an irregular heart beat. His recovery took months and as a result his diet was key to getting him back in shape while still ensuring he received the best nutrition possible. Our co-founders, Luke & Evelyn are massively into fitness and eating well. They train 5-6 days a week mixing it up with gym sessions, kick-boxing and running. But because they were so busy training & working they found it almost impossible to find healthy, nutritious meals & snacks while on-the-go. Luke & Evelyn realized there were so many other time poor, health conscious people in need of a quick and healthy option at breakfast, lunch & dinner & this was the catalyst for establishing the brand. Through enabling healthier choices, we’re helping to build a community that embraces a healthier, fitter lifestyle, while still living life to the full.
