At this location our bread is made for more than 100 years using traditional recipes and the best ingredients. In 2002 Simon Meijssen opened its subsidiary Bakken met Passie. The bread from Bakken met Passie gets its unique taste from the fact that we use the best ingredients, use 3 homemade and self-maintained starters, the long times we let the bread rise (12 to 24 hours) and that the bread is baked directly on the stone oven floor.
