The Simmental is our home. Its purity inspires our senses. The clear mountain water of the Simme reflects our quality standards and the mountain forest is our source for energy. Even our grandfathers took pride in making cheese and used only renewable resources - this is the principle for our mountain cheese that we improve on with the latest technology. This is how we succeed in producing tasteful and original cheeses: with milk from predominantly grass-fed cows, through the loving handiwork of our local farmers, with the savoir faire of our master cheesemakers and of course matured in our Simmentaler cellars.
