Siamais name stems from our owner's ambitious goal to create a "dual night out" concept where our restaurant and bar could be used as separate entities or as an addition to the other. In a sense, like Siamese twins. Interestingly the first Siamese twins were found in Siam, the former name for Thailand. When we first started setting up roots (all those years ago), Siamais was the first Thai restaurant in Birmingham. It has been incredible to watch how the local hospitality scene has grown, and we have enjoyed growing alongside what Birmingham has to offer too. However, what has always remained at the soul of what we do is gifting our customer's memorable experiences. Providing, not only, plentiful, flavoursome dishes with tantalising flavours and authentic ingredients but space where one can feel truly special and comfortable to focus on having a good time celebrated by all.
