Shared Resource Service The Shared Resource Service (SRS) is a collaborative technology provision that covers Gwent Police Authority, Monmouthshire County Borough Council, Torfaen County Borough Council, Blaenau Gwent Borough Council and from April 1st 2017 Newport City Council.
