Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support and services to over 1,400 ... individuals with disabilities and other mental health needs in the Wayne County area. Individuals with barriers are enabled to reach their best potential and life goals through self-employment, supported employment, volunteer opportunities, and a variety of programs and trainings.
