Since the joint venture began in April 2006, Service Birmingham has implemented major enhancements to the Council’s ICT infrastructure, including a £2m investment in a new server estate. As the Council’s Strategic Partner, Service Birmingham is contributing to the delivery of Business Transformation by working alongside the Council to identify opportunities for service improvements. Birmingham City Council’s transformation programme is one of the largest and most ambitious of its kind.
