RINCHEVAL is one of the first enterprises to design, build and sell asphalt or rather “tar” sprayers, but also boilers. The enterprise innovates and accompanies the major events in a century of road technology and maintenance. 1928 – Appearance of asphalt emulsions (Pressure sprayers, Asphalters, Heating and pumping stations) 1975 – Generalisation in the use of modified asphalts in many areas: modified asphalt manufacturing plants, adapted storage, anti-segregation, “all binder” sprayers for emulsions and modified emulsions. 1981 – CREATION OF SECMAIR. SECMAIR designs and builds road maintenance equipment. Its machines are designed for the repair and/or application of driving surfaces on roads using a technique called surface coating. 1983 – SECMAIR invents the twin sprayer (PATA), this equipment is a revolution in the world of road maintenance. It makes it possible to spread the asphalt and chips simultaneously while respecting an accurate dosage (synchronous spreading technique).It is also used to automate the local repair of roads, an operation that was manual up to this date. Today Since 2008 SECMAIR has become part of the FAYAT group and its products are proposed by a harmonised network in over 140 countries where the group is present. The SECMAIR site is located in Cossé le Vivien (53) and is composed of a design office in charge of research and development and a technical assistance team.
