On 30 December, 2019, Fugro entered into an agreement to acquire CGG’s shareholding in Seabed Geosolutions and to terminate the Seabed Geosolutions’ joint venture agreement. In line with CGG's strategy to exit the data acquisition business, CGG transferred its shareholding in Seabed Geosolutions to Fugro in the first quarter of 2020. read more
