SeCe Apparel also operates a retail division whereby we have entered into franchisee agreements with some of our partners to open free-standing retail stores in key urban Canadian markets. We currently own and operate stores under UGG® Australia, Eileen Fisher, and a specialty multi-brand boutique, with contractual plans to open several more stores in the very near future.
